“#MeToo and Changing Dynamics in the Workforce” Subject of Dean’s Executive Forum

The Dolan’s new dean, Zhan Li, DBA, kicked off the Dean’s Executive Forum on October 2 with a panel discussion on “#MeToo and Changing Dynamics in the Workforce.”

Panelists addressed the topics of the #MeToo movement, the workplace environment and its legal implications, human resources, and executive management. The diverse backgrounds of the featured speakers facilitated a broad review of the subject. They included an array of business leaders who have worked for top corporations and who are experienced in such matters as labor law, talent management, effective work environments, and business ethics.

The panel was moderated by Dolan professor Lisa A. Mainiero, PhD, author of The Opt-Out Revolt: Why People Are Leaving Companies to Create Kaleidoscope Careers.

Dr. Mainiero is a sought-after lecturer and consultant who has appeared on Good Morning America, the Oprah Winfrey Show, CNN’s Business News and numerous other radio, talk show, and television programs.
